| | Club Rules. These rules should be studied and if anyone has any other suggestions to add or change any of the following rules please contact me in writing before this years AGM at Stafford so that it can be discussed at the meeting.
1. That the name of the club be the Plymouth Rock Club, 2. The object of the club shall be to promote the breeding of the Plymouth Rock to urge the adoption of the true type and colour by breeders, exhibitors and judges, and to advance the interest of the breed. 3. That the officers shall comprise of a president, vice president, secretary, treasurer, trophy secretary and auditor each to hold office for a term of 3 years. 4. There shall be representatives appointed for all areas of the UK, and the representatives and officers shall front the committee of the club. 5. That the committee meat at the National club show each and the AGM held at the Federation club show. 6. The annual subscription be *£6 (to be revised at the AGM etch year), life membership be £50, Juniors £4 and partnerships £10. Subscriptions to be due at the AGM each year. 7. The judges for the club shows shall be elected at the AGM. 8. Only paid up members are entitled to compete for the club trophies. 9. Any member appointed to judge a club championship show will not be eligible to judge for a further 3 years. 10. A novice is one who has not won a first prize at the National or Federation club shows. 11. Any disciplinary action against any member for any reason shall only be taken by members at the AGM. 12. That these rules shall only be altered at the AGM. 13. That all members shall be deemed bound by these rules without recourse to law. 14. That all trophies that nave been won at any Plymouth Rock club show must be returned to the same show the following year, either to the trophy secretary or the general secretary by noon of the first day of a two day show or on an earlier date if possible. 15. Any matters not provided for in the above rules will be dealt with at the AGM or if necessary by a special meeting who's ruling will be final. |
